AM600 Automatic Magnet Sticking Machine

1. Feeder: It adopts the bottom drawn feeder. The material (cardboard/case) is fed from the bottom of stacker (Max. height of feeder: 200mm). The feeder is adjustable according to different size and thickness.

2. Auto drilling: The depth of holes and drilling diameter can be adjusted flexibly. And the waste of material is removed and collected automatically by the vacuum cleaner with suction and blowing system. The surface of hole is even and smooth.

3. Auto gluing: The volume and positioning of gluing is adjustable according to the products, which efficiently solve the problem of glue squeeze-out and wrong position.

4. Auto sticking: It can stick 1-3pcs magnets/iron discs. The position, speed, pressure and program are adjustable.

5. Man-machine and PLC computer control, 5.7-inch full-color touch screen.
